2002 (Chicago) Originally created with a wood skeleton, fabric and polyester stuffing, latex foam, ceramic teeth, plastic eyes, scuplty, pneumatics, and a cpu.The robot was referred to by the name Alex.
2005 (Philadelphia) A series of photographs entitled Interface that explore the continued relationship between the robot and myself. A pair of servos are installed to control the robots eyes and its clothing is changed
2006 A quirky and youthful robotic fitness instructor takes 12 pseudo-elderly people through a 30-minute upper body workout. The video was mass produced as a VHS tape and titled Fitness for Mankind
2007 The robot is set up to sell the fitness video at the National Electronics Museum, Maryland
